Our highest quality oolong, sourced in micro-lots from the tea makers at Jhentea. Grown at extreme altitudes among the mountainous landscape of central Taiwan, the tea fields that produce the raw leaf for Da Yu Ling are so high they actually pierce the cloud cover. Its smooth, velvety texture and warm, floral sweetness are further proof that this tea is a gift from the heavens. 

 What we’re doing:

• 1 heaping teaspoon (about 2.5 grams) of Da Yu Ling per 6-8 oz serving
• Heat fresh water to 180º-190ºF
• Steep 1-4 minutes
• Multiple infusions
