I have created this beautiful and unique seed bead necklace using a traditional Aboriginal method of wrapping rope with glass seed beads. I have chosen to use a "bead soup" mix of different shades and shapes of green glass seed beads to represent the exuberant and wild growth of new life that shoots up around us in the woods in the spring.

I have wrapped the ends in silver plated copper wire and finished them with sacred spirals.

The large leaf toggle clasp is actually the focal point of this amazing necklace and is meant to be worn in the front.

It is approximately 20 inches long including the clasp and about 6mm around. It is nicely fluid and drapes beautifully. It can be worn with everything from jeans and a white tee to a slinky black dress.
