Pumpkin Seed Oil 

Pumpkin seed oil is rich in vitamin E, zinc, omega 3- & 6- fatty acids, as well as antioxidants; thus, it improves the skin’s ability to retain moisture, fight free radicals & maintain a youthful appearance & texture. The many beneficial components of this oil also help to improve skin tone, reduce inflammation, stimulate new cell growth, defend against infections, fight acne, rapidly heal wounds & reverse oxidative stress within the skin cells while reducing the appearance of aging. 

Hemp Seed Oil 

Hemp seed oil, otherwise known as “hemp oil” is made from the hemp seed & not the flower or leaves. Hemp oil has numerous health benefits including those that support the skin both internally & topically. Used topically, hemp seed oil has a moisturizing effect that will not clog your pores. It is also able to balance oily skin by regulating its natural sebum production, helping to prevent any acne flare-ups caused by excess oil. Hemp oil contains the omega- 6 fatty acid, gamma-linolenic acid, which acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory encouraging new skin growth & cell regeneration. As if this oil didn’t already seem to have it all, hemp seed oil also contains anti-aging properties, which help to reduce fine lines & wrinkles. 

Sandalwood 

Our Sandalwood is sustainably grown in Northern Queensland, Australia, where the essential oil is made from the roots of mature sandalwood trees. Due to its mild astringent action & anti-inflammatory properties, this essential oil can help to diminish the appearance of skin imperfections, promoting a healthy, smooth complexion. Sandalwood is also high in antioxidants, reducing damage caused by free radicals, which in turn helps to prevent signs of aging. Sandalwood is so highly beneficial to the skin that it may even be able to help fight skin cancer! A study found that α-santalol, a compound found in sandalwood, can help promote the death of cancerous cells.

Tea Tree 

Tea tree essential oil is commonly used to heal & treat acne, as it is antimicrobial & one of nature’s top inflammation inhibitors. Research has shown tea tree to be just as effective, if not more, than benzoyl peroxide, which is commonly used in anti-acne medication. Tea tree can soothe dry skin, act as a solvent that breaks up oil & dirt that clogs pores, improve rosacea, & reduce redness & swelling. Its antimicrobial & antibacterial properties also help to minimize & cleanse the pores.
