Vintage Edwardian 1900s White Hand Crocheted Drawstring Pouch Purse, Dainty Ladies Evening Bag, Wedding or Garden Party Accessories

This delightful vintage hand crochet purse with drawstring likely dates from the early 1900s or 1910s. Crochet bags were popular throughout the Edwardian period and remained so up until the 30s. The crochet stitch used on this bag is quite striking, with the large circular mesh holes reminding one of 60s styles! This little gem could make a really pretty bridal gift or could be perfect for a period costume needing a finishing touch.
