Saphir’s highly refined Mink Oil deeply conditions and rehydrates dry leather without leaving a greasy residue. It also significantly reduces drying and cracking of fine smooth leather.

Care Instructions:

1. Ensure all dust and dirt is removed from the item.
2. Apply Mink Oil sparingly with a white cotton cloth in a small circular motion and leave for at least one hour to allow it to penetrate.
3. Polish the leather to remove any excess with a Saphir Médaille d’Or Sheepskin Polishing Glove (ref. 2520).

Advice: 

Reapply Mink Oil often. Frequent light application is better than infrequent heavy application.  Mink Oil may darken some leathers such as nappa so test on an inconspicuous area before use.

Always apply to clean leather to prevent the dirt combining with Mink Oil and penetrating more deeply into the leather. If required, clean the leather with the appropriate product in Saphir range.
