Original vintage 1950s black ruched prom dress.

The dress has a strapless bandeau bodice with internal boning for support and a fitted waist. The cut is princess line with a smooth, full bell skirt supported with a stiff muslin underskirt. The bodice is hand draped and the ruffled ruched design covers the whole dress. Two long smooth drapes fall from the back and a removable velvet ribbon sash trims the waist.

Fastening: modern zip replacement at the back

Condition: in good wearable condition, no marks or damage to note however the original zip has been replaced. Dry Cleaned and ready to wear. Please note this is a vintage item, pre worn and over 50 years old.
