This sumptuous 1940's percher hat, adorned with three central millinery red velvet roses, green millinery leaves decorated with forest green tulle and tulle ribbon accents, on a woven straw base, is the perfect piece to complete your outfit. 

Her textured shape is constructed on a rounded woven straw and wire base. The circular wire base along the back of the percher allows for the hat to be placed securely upon any do. Every last detail of this hat showcases the incredible millinery work of the era.
