Inspired by the seafaring harbour of Rye, Skipper will charm landlubbers and ship crew alike. Featuring relaxed styling for easy dressing in rough seas, this modern sailor dress has dropped shoulders, short sleeves with rolled cuffs, and an internal popper at the front V insert.

Suggested fabrics: Medium to lightweight woven fabrics such as denim, cotton chambray, laundered linen or lightweight wool.

Fabric requirements: All with or without nap.

110-120 cm (43 1/2"-47") wide fabric: 2 - 2.5 m.

140-150 cm (55"-60") wide fabric: 1.5 - 2 m.

You will also need: 

• One dress popper
• 0.5 m (3/4 yd) of lightweight interfacing
• approx. 0.8 m (1 yd) of 13 mm (1/2") bias binding.
