Will this bolt straight onto my door panel without modification?

Yes. This handle uses factory mounting points on the front left door — no drilling, no cutting. Install with the hardware your door panel already has.

Do I need to remove the interior door panel to swap this out?

Yes. The handle bolts from the inside of the door. You'll need to remove the panel trim to access the fasteners, then reinstall once the new handle is bolted down.

Does the keyhole line up with my existing lock cylinder?

It's designed to align with the factory keyhole location on 2015–2019 Sonatas. Test-fit before final installation to confirm alignment with your door's lock mechanism.
