Do I need hood pins for this FRP hood?

Yes. Hood pins are required for proper hood retention and safety. This panel does not include pins; source aftermarket hood pins rated for your vehicle's weight class and install them through the existing hood latch points on both sides of the hood.

Will this hood work with my factory latch mechanism?

The OEM latch is not included with this hood. You'll need to transfer your factory latch assembly from the original hood to this panel, or source a compatible replacement latch assembly. Verify latch hole alignment with your OEM hood before beginning installation.
