The QiPao aka Cheongsam is a traditional Chinese dress that is popular worldwide!  It's simple, elegant, and flatters every body type. This pattern will let you make a shirt, short dress or full-length dress in this style! 

There are 2 sets of instructions depending on how authentic you want your outfit, including plans to make tiny faux frog closures!

Body Variations this pattern fits: Adult proportioned 1/3 dolls in resin/vinyl (see chart).
Supplies needed: 1/3 yard fabric, thread/sewing supplies, embroidery floss and/or thin cord or ribbon for decoration
Difficulty: Intermediate.  The basic version is a simple sheath dress, the intricate version isn't much harder it just takes longer.
