*Oopsie Daisies (other than age appropriate wear) include: 3 brown mars on front right of vest (pic 6). Personally, I didn't notice until I had it on the mannequin and was taking pictures, so I did not try to remove them myself, but that's an option for sure. All clothes are carefully hand-washed and air-dried unless otherwise noted.

Usually I can tell when something is vintage. Even when I'm doing a quick "fwoop, fwoop, fwoop" pushing of hangers on a packed clothing rack, time and experience have honed my ability to stop when I spot something from a past generation. Every once in awhile, I chance upon something that I like that shocks me that it's vintage.

This vest was one of those things.

I stopped "fwopping" because the bear pattern is cute—and I like cute, I also am a bit obsessed with intarsia knits, so I pulled it out and starting imagining the many ways I could style this vest (always a good sign) when I saw the label.

Vintage? Hunh.

Even better.

Even better why? Cute, well made (Scottish wool. 'nuff said), and unique because most vintage is one-of-a-kind.

I was sold. Are you?
