This attractive Necklace showcases black Ojo de Buey Seeds from the rain forest of Costa Rica. The Seeds grow in pods on long, rope-like stems that hang from the forest canopy. At maturity, each pod produces several marble-like seeds. Our Ojo de Buey Seeds are in their natural form and are a rich chocolate black. They are 13mm in depth and 22mm in diameter, with a glossy, leather-like texture. The Seed has a smooth seam around its circumference, adding visual interest. We've paired the Ojo de Buey Seeds with 5mm bronze Czechoslovakian Nailheads, which are faceted and have a subtle sparkle. The Nailheads contrast beautifully with the black tones of the Ojo de Buey.
