Ortega Guitars RQ39 is a requinto size acoustic guitar designed for traditional Latin American and folk performance. It enables six-string requinto playing with a shorter scale length and deep body construction, supporting ensemble and solo acoustic workflows. This makes it ideal for players who require increased projection from a compact guitar format.

The instrument features a solid cedar top paired with sapele back and sides in a satin finish. An extra deep body design increases acoustic output, while a medium neck profile supports controlled playability. Construction follows the Requinto Series Pro approach with a solid top and traditional materials.

This model is available in acoustic and acoustic electric configurations to suit different performance environments. Both versions include a deluxe gig bag for transport and storage. The design supports expressive playing where amplification may or may not be required.
