Hanna Instrument's Edge is a thin, lightweight product and has the ability to measure pH, electrical conductivity (EC) and dissolved oxygen (DO) through its unique digital electrodes.  This model comes with a DO electrode configured for multiparameter DO testing. Additional probes can be purchased separately to expand the meter testing capabilities for pH and electrical conductivity (EC) testing. The Edge is portable and can be set on your lab bench or even mounted on the wall for easy and convenient use.  The Edge simplifies measurement, configuration, calibration, and diagnostics, logging and transferring the data to a computer or a USB drive.  This device would be a great addition for the beginner or professional winemaker.

Polarographic DO Probe: DO probe has an integrated temperature sensor incorporated into the thin ½” PEI body for automatic temperature compensation of dissolved oxygen measurements. The HI764080 probe uses screw on replaceable caps with a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) membrane that is easily replaced in the field as well in the lab. The supplied HI7041S is a concentrated Potassium Chloride fill solution used with the Clark type polarographic technology. .
