1. What items are considered returnable? 

• Items must be unworn and unused with any tags or labels still attached

2. Will EMM Creative cover shipping costs? 

• In the case of an exchange or return any shipping costs must be covered by the customer. 

• In the case of a refund, shipping and handling fees on the original purchase are not refundable.

3. How can I process a return or exchange? 

• Email us at [email protected] for any return or exchange requests within 14 days of receiving the item. 

• Include images in case of defected or damaged items. 

• For an exchange, let us know the original purchase size and the new size you would like to order. 

4. How long will it take to process a return or exchange? 

• Once we receive your request and approve the return or exchange, we will provide you with details for shipping the item back to us. 

• Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange in 5-7 business days.   

5. Can I return or exchange an item in person? 

• If you are located in the Greater Vancouver area and would like to return your item and pick up any new items in person, let us know via email and we would be happy to accommodate the request.

Care Instructions

• To make your Bikini last longer, thoroughly rinse it off after each use and get rid of any chlorine/salt residue.
• All-over printed apparel and fabrics can be machine-washed cold with like colors, without bleach.
• Don’t dry-clean or tumble-dry the apparel.
• You can iron it with a low heat setting.
