Reijmyre Glass Factory (1810-)
Reijmyre was founded in 1810, making it the second oldest still operating glass factory in Sweden. Reijmyre produces glassware designed by Josef Frank for Svenskt Tenn and is perhaps best known for the colorful glassware made by Monica Bratt in the mid 20th century.
Paul Kedelv (1918-1990) was a Swedish glass artist. He began working as a student in the drawing studio at Orrefors in 1931, training under Simon Gate and Edward Hald. From 1949 to 1956 Kedelv was active at Flygsfors where he designed products in molded glass as well as colored glass cased with clear glass. From 1956 to 1977 he worked at Reijmyre.
Kedelv also designed products for the Nybro Factory in Fröseke and Fåglavik's Glass Factory.
