Finally a 60cc piston kit for the 2024-2025 KTM/Husqvarna/GASGAS 50’s. Nihilo Concepts teamed up with Wiseco the leader in Piston manufacturing to develop the KTM/Husqvarna/GASGAS 60cc kit. Up until now there was no way to easily turn your 2024-2025 KTM/Husqvarna/GASGAS 50 into a 60cc big bore. Nihilo provides cylinder to the new 43.5mm size but once that's done it’s a simple matter of installing the new top end kit like you would a stock piston.

Kit 1 Includes: OEM Bored Cylinder, Big Bore Piston, Dome, and 60 cc Deck Tool

Kit 2 Includes: OEM Bored Cylinder, Big Bore Piston, Dome, 21 mm Carb, and 60 cc Deck Tool

Kit 3 Includes: OEM Bored Cylinder, Big Bore Piston, Dome, Gasket Kit, and 60 cc Deck Tool

Kit 4 Includes: OEM Bored Cylinder, Big Bore Piston, Dome, 21 mm Carb, Gasket Kit, and 60 cc Deck Tool

Suggested Jetting Specs/parts :

• 92 Main Jet 60 Pilot Jet 
• Nihilo Concepts Gasket Kit
• 21mm PHBG Carburetor (This is the new PHBG with screw on cap)

Only need the piston? No problem, just choose the PISTON ONLY option in the drop down menu and you can order it separately. 

We recommend the entire kit for first-time installation. No case modifications or machine work needed. Installs just like an OEM piston.
