How to use:

Inhale the magic: Place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in. By inhaling, essential oils engage with the limbic system, the emotional centre of the brain, triggering emotional responses, enhancing memory, and promoting overall well-being. 

Self-care: Add 5-7 drops to a warm bath. This is the best when it's cold outside and you want a cosy bath to melt away the day. As the blend disperses in the steam, it not only fills the air with its snuggly aroma but also allows you to absorb its beneficial properties.

Add a couple of drops to a warm face cloth after your shower, place the cloth over your face, inhale the oils then wipe over your body. 

Body - Add 5-7 drops to 30ml of carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, and massage your tummy if you have period pain or tummy ache, massage in a clockwise motion. Massage your legs after a long run or doing any exercise. This will help stimulate the blood flow which can help ease muscle tension.

Diffuse: Use this blend in a diffuser to softly scent your space and support the mood you want to create.

The Story Behind The Scent:

It all started with my gut! I was and still am, in the process of a Gut Healing Protocol with a wonderful Functional Medicine Specialist. I wanted to create a blend that would help ease tummy aches, pains, and bloating, for myself and others. Because of the warming oils chosen for this blend, it also meant that it can be used on tired achy muscles too. Warming ginger and black pepper, with calming lavender and juniper, and all the other lovely oils, work in synergy to make your mind and body feel snug, cosy and warm.
