There is something special about Michigan peaches. While delicate and sweet, this fruit is surprisingly resilient to harsh Northern winters, but it’s tree has one condition: there must always be a large lake nearby. Lucky for us, the shores of Lake Michigan, right in their backyard, produce some of the world’s tastiest peaches. These peaches are full of flavor, and when combined with Traverse City's aged bourbon, they create a delicious spirit.
