Every morning when I wake up, I spend a few seconds running through my chakras from root to crown and sending love to them, re-aligning them to their fullest potential.

Today, after I got out of bed, I decided to capture this morning routine in a painting, so that others could run through their chakras systems too and be reminded of all the good, all the love, all the Divine support that surrounds us all day long.
