Why do you need one?

These tie rod inner ends can be used as a factory replacement or in addition of our BMW E30 / E36 / E46 - Bump steer adjustable tie rod -kits.

E30 applications require E36 type inner ends due to internal thread on our outer ends.
E46 applications require longer E9X type inner ends since our outer ends are shorter than original (based on E30/E36 length).
+30mm RACE control arm kit variants also require the same E9X inner ends.

Does it fit my car?

All E30/E36/E46/E9X steering racks have the same M18x1.5 thread specification for the inner ends, outer end thread is M14x1.5.

Is it easy to install?

Please refer to car's repair manual for installation procedure and/or torque specifications.

How about the lifetime and service of the kit?

Lifetime of the parts highly depends of the application and weather conditions, on normal, light street use these kits are expected to last for more than 100,000km without signs of excessive wear but any racing use will generally reduce the lifetime significantly.
