"Im Parotet 2021 steckt jede Menge Finesse, eine Mischung aus 70 % Arcos und 30 % Mandó, die mit 40 % Volltrauben in Edelstahl fermentiert und in Amphoren gereift wurde. Er hat einen moderaten Alkoholgehalt von 12,5 % und eine sehr gute Frische, mit reichlich kalkhaltigen Tanninen und deutlich ausgeprägten Noten von schwarzem Pfeffer und Muskatnuss. Er fühlt sich ziemlich ursprünglich und elegant an, mit reichlich Tanninen, die ihn irgendwie etwas rustikaler wirken lassen als den 2022, den ich daneben probiert habe. 10.000 Flaschen produziert. Die Abfüllung erfolgte im August 2022."

"There ias a lot of finesse in the 2021 Parotet, a blend of 70% Arcos and 30% Mandó that fermented with 40% full clusters in stainless steel and matured in amphorae. It has a moderate 12.5% alcohol and very good freshness, with abundant chalky tannins and notes of black pepper and nutmeg that are quite distinct. It feels quite primary and elegant, with abundant tannins that somehow make it feel a little more rustic than the 2022 that I tasted next to it. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022."
