Kurzfassung: In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird die Prozessentwicklung zur Fertigung von substratlosen Mikro-Transformatoren vorgestellt. Die Neuerung besteht darin Polyimid als Träger zu verwenden und somit den Bauraum der Mikro-Transformatoren zu reduzieren. Für die Fertigung wird ein flüssiger Polyimidpräkursor auf einen temporären Träger aufgebracht. Die weichmagnetischen Ringkerne werden elektrolytisch aus einer Nickel-Eisen-Legierungen hergestellt. Die Thermobehandlung der Legierung führt zu einer Reduktion der Koerzitivfeldstärke und eine Erhöhung der magnetischen Sättigungsfeldstärke. Die Ablösung des Mikrosystems wird mithilfe der anodischen Auflösung von Aluminium durchgeführt. Die Ablösung erfolgt in 0,5 molarer Natriumchloridlösung. Die gefertigten Mikrosysteme werden anhand der Impedanz und des frequenzabhängigen Induktivitätsverlaufs beurteilt.
