"Jubako" boxes are beautifully decorated boxes, usually made of fine wood, in which Japanese food is served, especially on special occasions such as New Year's Eve. Some jubako boxes even have multiple levels to stack the treats. In Jubako, 2-4 players try to stack treats, trying to fill their own box as skillfully as possible with rice, fish and various vegetables. The domino-style coins contain two treats each and must be placed carefully and stacked even more carefully.
