In the verdant hills of Novara, Gilberto Boniperti, heir to a family legacy steeped in viticulture, ardently leads the resurgence of the Fara DOC denomination. With a profound background in Agronomy and Oenology, Gilberto has infused new vigor into the ancestral vineyards. His stewardship extends across four distinct plots that together span 4 hectares, meticulously cultivated to produce an annual yield of 20,000 bottles. The varietals nurtured under his watchful eye include the robust Nebbiolo, the rare Vespolina, and the versatile Barbera, each contributing to the esteemed labels of Fara and Colline Novaresi.
