4328S Full Frame Titan Products manual hose reel with upgraded 1/2" FPT super swivel (5881) with Zerk fitting and 1/2" ID stainless steel manifold suitable for pressure washing and corrosive chemicals. 

     You need two reducing bushings (2578) and a street 45 high pressure (3361) plus a two-wire jump for this reel. If your pressure washer has a plug on the outlet, you need a 3/8" female socket (4630), a 3/8" female plug (4959) and a 3/8" male plug (4960) to install the jump hose to this reel.

     The 1/2" stainless steel manifold is connected to the the swivel and runs through the center of the reel and makes up the wetted components. As with most belongings in life, the better we take care of them, the longer they last.

If you are trying to choose between the full frame Titan hose reel and the u-channel series, consider the following:

• The lock is standard on this reel and all reels in the 4300 and full frame series except for the electric reels.
• The U-channel reels (4800 series) do not offer the hose reel lock in the standard build, but a bungee cord can be wrapped around the hose to prevent unravelling down the road. 
• The full frame can handle a bit more abuse and pulling hose from the sides without 'tweaking' the reel.
• The full frame reels can be stacked easily, and the u-channel cannot.
• The U-channel can be more easily mounted on the side railing of an open trailer without requiring too much fabrication while the full frame reels require a bigger support footprint.

Capacity:

     Holds 500' 1/2" ID Flex Tech RT, Kuri Tech or yellow AG-hose with crimped on stainless steel ends or 375' 5/8" ID, Flex Tech RT, Kuri Tech or yellow AG-hose with crimped on stainless steel-hose ends we can cut a jump hose to your exact length and crimp on the hose ends for both high pressure and low-pressure hose.

     A custom length of hose can be assembled in just about any hose we can get our hands on. We can offer a wide assortment of hose ends. We always recommend a two wire (R2) high pressure hose from your unloader on your pressure washer to the hose reel. 

Reel has the estimated capacity to hold the following hose inner diameter hose lengths:

• 500' of 1/2"
• 375' of 5/8"
