A collection of Pavement’s early singles before the release of Slanted & Enchanted shows an ever rawer and messier early version of the band's garage sound, especially later into the album. But there are some diamond, mostly early on, including “Maybe Maybe,” “Forklift,” “Box Elder,” “Baptist Blacktick” and especially the rollicking “Price Yeah!”
