The cast iron pan offers excellent heat distribution delivering greater consistency in cooked food, and the pan is tilted by means of a manual, easy-to-turn handle, making it easy to operate. The safety of those using the bratt pan is paramount, therefore power is cut-off if the pan is moved from the fully lowered position, or is lifted at any time.
