As Islay whisky goes, this sits on the lighter side. A bit smokier than something like Jura but a long way from the attack of Laphroaig. At its core there’s an almost Speyside friendly sweet vibe of nuts and toffee lightly framed by a whiff of bonfire and a unique note of Bunsen burner rubber.
