We're revisiting a shop favorite this weekend! Our friend @MargotChien created her version of the Awilda Sweater by Caitlin Hunter last year and we've been in love since! It's a sport-weight sweater knit from the top down, featuring playful, easy-to-work colorwork, and a relaxed, cocoon-fit body. What's not to love??

If you'd like to knit one too, we're offering dyed-to-order kits for Margot's colors on our Elmer base, plus a mystery kit option! Elmer, with its woolen spun merino and cashmere blend, is perfect for colorwork—and the resulting fabric is satisfyingly squishy.

Elmer is a woolen spun Merino/Cashmere blend. Like Elmer Tweed, it's rustic with a beautiful texture and richness. It’s fantastic on its own and perfect for colorwork. It’s light, lofty, and holds its shape beautifully. All the hold and snap back of wool with a whisper of cashmere for softness and halo. This workhorse, I-can-do-anything yarn is a shop favorite. Elmer also knits spectacularly well at a sport weight.
