We turn to the very best terroirs, cuvées and barrels to ‘find’ Sept terroirs. Pinot Noir from Beamsville and Jordan and Merlot and Cabernet Franc from our Estate vineyard: all come together to uncover the elegance and excellence that becomes Sept Terroirs.

This is at once a fun and stimulating challenge, a noble attempt to let our land speak beyond grape types, finding true terroir through the alchemy of blending.

Each vineyard is cared for by hand, from pruning to hand-harvesting, and the vines are grown sustainably. Only organically-acceptable fungicides, herbicides and insecticides are ever used.

Aged 16-18 months in French Oak Barrels.
