Riv-Nail Quick-Load Release Tool RNQL-500R is a release tool that speeds rivet loading into the 5-rivet Quick-Load guide blocks (RNQL 500 and RNQL 500DW).

What it does: Quick-Load guide blocks hold rivets between splices with a friction-fit retention. The release tool depresses the retention mechanism, allowing fast bulk-loading of fresh rivets and easy clearing of damaged or misfired rivets without disassembling the guide block.

Why use it: In production splicing environments, switching from one splice to the next requires reloading the guide blocks. The release tool cuts reload time substantially compared to manual loading. Recommended for any shop or crew using Quick-Load guide blocks regularly.

Compatible blocks: RNQL 500 (single) and RNQL 500DW (double-wide) 5-rivet Quick-Load guide blocks. Not used with non-Quick-Load guide blocks.
