Regional information: Grapes are harvested from vines with a minimum age of 40 years, planted on sandy soil with large stone topsoil. Low yields around 25hl/ha and harvesting is carried out by hand.

Vinification details: Grapes are sorted and go into concrete tanks by grape variety and parcel. After takes around 30 days in vat, with pumping over, rack and return and punching down, the wines undergo mixed ageing in vats and barrels.
