Glucosamine sulfate 250 mg     (Glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride from shellfish exoskeleton)

Shark cartilage (standardized to 10% chondroitin sulfate) 150 mg

MethylSulfonylMethane (MSM-sulfur) 200 mg

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa-rhizome) 125 mg    (curcumin C3 complex, 95% curcuminoids)

Boswellia Serrata Resin (70% boswellic acids) 80 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Capsule: hypromellose, silicon dioxide

Suggested Use

(Adults) Take 3 capsules twice daily.  Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.  Take with food and avoid taking at bedtime.

Caution

If you have an allergy to shellfish (including crab and shrimp) you should not use this product.  Consult your healthcare practitioner if you have a history of gallstones, stomach ulcers and excess stomach acid; are taking antiplatelet medication or blood thinners.  Mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation or indigestion may occur.
