DESCRIPTION

The U‑IC1214 Mobile Impact Crusher is a high‑performance, crawler‑mounted crushing and screening plant engineered for demanding quarry, mining, and recycling applications. Combining a powerful IC1214 rotor with a two‑deck screening unit, it delivers up to 200 t/h of precisely sized material, with 80% passing ≤ 40 mm in a single pass.

A heavy‑duty vibrating feeder accepts feed sizes up to 600 mm, ensuring smooth material flow into the 1.2 m diameter × 1.4 m length rotor, driven by a robust 220 kW motor for consistent reduction of medium‑hard rock, concrete, and aggregates.

The plant’s Cummins 440 kW generator powers both the crusher and the 130 kW hydraulic crawler drive, giving it the mobility to reposition quickly on site without additional equipment. An integrated belt‑type iron remover protects the rotor from tramp metal, reducing downtime and maintenance costs.

With its combination of high throughput, precise screening, and rugged mobility, the U‑IC1214 is ideal for contractors and operators who need a single, self‑contained unit to handle primary reduction and final sizing in one operation.
