The Pentax Spotmeter V is a precision meter for reflected light measurement. It reads from a one-degree area through a big, bright viewfinder, displaying an EV number on an easy-to-read analog scale which can be transferred to built-in calculator dial to provide exposure options. Viewfinder has a line across its top third which does not materially affect the view- or the function- but which you'll notice when you look through. All readings are accurate, of course, and condition is otherwise excellent.
