Elm 'Bomba' Rosso 2023ELM is the person project of Madeleine Marson, daughter of Mario Marson and winemaker at the well known family winery Vinea Marson in Heathcote. She focuses on Italian styles with fruit sourced from both Heathcote and the Alpine Valleys. The Rosso is 100% Heathcote fruit. A complex nose of red berries, blackcurrants, licorice and dried herbs followed by a rich and intense palate defined by classic Nebbiolo dry tannin.
