The FireBlade 'Ninjato' table tennis bat is made of a blade which contains a combination of 5 layers of wood and 2 layers of carbon, covered by ITTF approved performance rubbers.

For this 5+2 'Carbon' blade we used Kiri wood for its core and covered it with 4 layers of Ayous wood. In between the layers of Ayous wood we added 2 layes carbon fibre. Kiri is a light weight, soft but very tight and torsionally stiff type of wood. The high elasticity of the Ayous African wood gives a nice bounce effect. The additional carbon fibre plies add precision, uniformity of bounce, stability and good quality of speed to your game.

The FireBlade 'Ninjato' bat has, both for the forehand and backhand, AK47 topsheets; which is approved by the ITTF (International Table Tennis Federation). This means you will be able to play ITTF tournaments with it! The AK47 rubber has been reloaded with strong grip and explosive power. It is a mid-hard rubber, which makes it great for intermediate players as you will be able to generate nice speed when attacking on the forehand but you will also be able to have good control when blocking on the backhand.
