The Fed 3 is a Soviet-made 35mm rangefinder camera compatible with Leica thread mount lenses. This one's in pretty solid shape, with only minor cosmetic wear, a good rangefinder (inasmuch as a Fed rangefinder can be described as "good") and accurate shutter speeds. Yes! All of them! The included Industar-61 53mm f2.8 lens is clean and focuses well, with light diaphragm oil which will not affect function. No light meter, but it does have an effective diopter correction on the eyepiece.
