Justrite Type I Safety Can, 5-Gallon Diesel Can

These Factory Mutual System-approved safety cans are economically designed with a single leakproof spout from which you fill and pour. Constructed of heavy 22-gauge steel with a spring-mounted relief vent that automatically vents pressure when it reaches 5 psig and a free-flow 3-1/2” long chemical-resistant stainless steel flame arrester which prevents flashback ignition. The warning label includes an extra large ID zone for user labeling of contents. One-gallon model features a fixed handle with a trigger release cap. Two- and five-gallon models feature a swinging handle designed for easy handling of 60-pound plus loads. Fits standard carriers. Optional stay-on, polypropylene 11-1/4”L funnel spout is available. The two-position funnel features a hinged design which allows you to safely pour from or fill the can without detaching the funnel from the can. The two-step nozzle tip can be trimmed to either 1/2” or 3/4” OD for a custom fit. UL® approved. Meets OSHA and NFPA standards. Ten year manufacturer’s warranty. Note: Not for use over-the-road.
