The Pella Ensemble, founded in 2005 by Mehmet Gemal Yeşilçay, a renowned Turkish folk musician, researcher, and composer, and well known for their performances with Concerto Cologne and Jordi Savall's Esperion XXI, will make their first appearance at Glossa. This special program is truly unique to Yeşilçay and the Pella Ensemble, combining the music of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam on the theme of the holy city of Jerusalem.
