Product Description

Our 1-hour fire rated doors (Mini-Core) are manufactured and tested in accordance with Australian Standard AS1530.4-2005, providing up to 60 minutes of fire resistance when installed as part of a compliant fire door assembly.

These doors are commonly specified in apartments, commercial buildings, service corridors, and fire-isolated areas where building codes require certified fire protection.

Fire doors only achieve their full Fire Resistance Level (FRL) when installed as a complete fire door assembly, including a compatible fire-rated frame, approved hardware, and correct installation in accordance with AS1905.1.

Standard sizes are available from stock, allowing same-day or next-day delivery across Sydney Metro to support commercial projects and apartment developments.

Please note this product is supplied as the door leaf only.

Fire certification tags and documentation are supplied separately and are available on request for an additional charge, provided the door assembly has been installed in accordance with Australian Standards.
