Creek Chub 5400 Surface Ding Bat in Black Color 5413 with Box.  Great vintage lure here.  Wooden lure, glass eyes.  Comes with matching box correctly marked on the end.  Lure is vintage, with some minor wear but overall very good shape.  Box has some wear but still in good condition, see photos.  So tough to find a sweet combo like this.  This one won't last long so grab it for your collection while you can.
