DESCRIPTION

The HOBO® MX2501 pH and Temperature Logger is a versatile tool designed for long-term water quality monitoring in diverse aquatic environments, including estuaries, lakes, streams, rivers, and oceans. With Bluetooth Low Energy® (BLE) connectivity, the logger wirelessly communicates with iOS devices via the free HOBOmobile® App, allowing easy setup, calibration, and data offloading. Featuring a rugged PVC housing, the logger is waterproof to a depth of 40 meters (131.2 feet), making it suitable for deployment in both freshwater and saltwater environments. Its advanced pH electrode, featuring Pellon® junctions, gel electrolyte, and a glass sensor bulb, ensures accurate pH measurements over time. The device also includes a 152 KB memory capable of storing up to 43,300 measurements, making it an ideal choice for extended monitoring projects.
