Description:

Mizuki Aida's third album as a percussion soloist. With the theme of "Music Drama Spun by Percussion Soloists," the disc is divided into the three compositions of "Longing," "Separation," and "Harmony," and suggests new possibilities for percussion music, throwing various emotions at the listener. Included are works by Yoshio Mamiya, Yasuo Sueyoshi, Isamu Kanai, Bach, Kazuto Shimizu, Sunao Kugiyama, Toshiro Nakagawa, Junichi Shirafuji, and Tomoko Fukui, as well as a new piece, "Lover on Staves," composed for this CD with the full cooperation of composer Shoichi Yabuta.
