Weighing in at only 6.4 kilograms in Stainless Steel our full system adds performance and style while ensuring you start your ride with a smile every time you start it up thanks to the unique sound from the reverse cone silencers. 

Delivered as a full replacement of the stock exhaust, our system includes the headers, crossover balance pipe and mufflers as well as the required O2 sensors. Carried out in brushed stainless or ceramic black, the Hitchcox Motorcycles Full System for the Thruxton 1200 R & RS is a plug-and-play system that shaves weight and adds power, enhancing the riding experience with the tunes to match. Tunes that can easily be altered, thanks to the included removable DB-killers.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, this full system for the Thruxton 1200 R & RS models is made from high-class 304 stainless steel or Titanium. Developed as a ready-to-ride system, it replaces the stock exhaust system front to back and consists of the headers, crossover pipe, and reverse cone silencers as well as the required O2 sensors.

Thanks to the conical shape which allows us to pack the slip-on with ACOUSTA-FIL® your Thruxton will get a deeper exhaust tone compared the stock system and is a quieter option than our drag pipes or full system drag.

Compared to our slip-on options, this full system offer huge weight saving benefits and with the removal of the catalytic converter, results in a more responsive ride.
