IronSmart provides 15 mg of elemental iron per capsule. It helps prevent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. It also helps to form red blood cells and helps in their proper function.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (vegetable cellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults: Take 1-2 capsules daily with food. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that contains iron along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
