Safety Guidelines:

To ensure safe and effective use of the Tsunami Bar® Max:

Always manage weight plates properly to prevent the bar from flipping off the bench or J-Cups.

Never remove all the weight from one end of the bar unless ample counterbalance is provided on the opposite end.

To minimize the risk of flipping, push all plates on the opposite end against the wear pads and center the bar in the J-cups before removing the weight.
