INSPIRE FITNESS FT1 FID BENCH

Made from commercial-quality 11-gauge steel and featuring an electrostatic coat finish, the Inspire Fitness FID bench offers you a total of 5 adjustment positions that range from a decline position up to a full 90 degrees, letting you perform a variety of decline, incline and flat presses as well as flyes and shoulder presses.

The bench is also equipped with oversized pads that provide stability and support with every move you make during your workouts.

Finally, the bench includes an attachment sleeve that lets you connect leg extension and preacher curl accessories (*accessories not included). Also outfitted with base-mounted wheels for easy transport, the bench is designed to work as a stand-alone bench or with the Inspire FT1 functional trainer.
